RESOLUTION NO. R-84-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT <br />TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WEST VALLEY <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE DRAFT ENVIR- <br />ONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") <br />has initiated proceedings for the adoption of a Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley <br />Redevelopment Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton on the proposed <br />Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project and the <br />Draft Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith at <br />the following time and place: <br />Date: <br />July 1, 1986 <br />Time: <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Place: <br />In Council Chambers <br />2.
