R-85-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />OF FIREFIGHTERS, LOCAL 935, FIRE UNIT OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1986. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration <br />to the results of meetings between representatives of the City <br />of Colton and representatives of the International Association <br />of Firefighters, Local 935, Fire Unit held pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 3500, et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum <br />of Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided <br />herein for Calendar Year 1986 shall be effective as of <br />January 1, 1986. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />y c,jaiZ <br />HELENS , UML, <br />'-- <br />City Clerk <br />T A H _ O <br />Mayor <br />
