I RESOLUTION NO. R-90-86 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE <br />4 CITY OF COLTON FIXING AND ESTABLISHING <br />5 THE TAX RATE FOR THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS <br />6 OF THE CITY OF COLTON FOR THE 1986-87 <br />7 FISCAL YEAR. <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />11 <br />12 AS FOLLOWS: <br />13 <br />14 The tax rate necessary to be applied to taxable property <br />15 <br />16 in the City of Colton to generate revenue to pay a portion of the <br />17 <br />18 bonded indebtedness of the City of Colton and the expense of col - <br />19 <br />20 lecting such amount will be fixed by the County of San Bernardino. <br />20 <br />21 The rate is to be applied to the total value of the <br />7.2 <br />23 property within the City as determined by the County Assessor and <br />24 <br />25 applied by the County by the County auditor of the County of San <br />26 <br />27 Bernardino. <br />28 <br />29 This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the general laws <br />30 <br />31 of the State of California, specifically, Chapter 292 of the <br />32 <br />33 statutes of 1978 implementing Proposition 13. The ad valorem tax <br />34 <br />35 rate is to retire the current year amount, $27,632, of the Gener- <br />36 <br />37 al Obligation Bonds in the amount of $305,000, approved by ref - <br />38 <br />39 erendum in 1965. <br />40 <br />41 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1986. <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />47 ALBERT A.
