R-97.-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU14CIL <br />OF COLTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />SIGN THE CAL -ID PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Sheriff is requesting <br />that all cities in San Bernardino County and Riverside County <br />participate in the Automated Fingerprint Identification System, <br />known as CAL -ID; and, <br />WHEREAS, the San Bernardino County Sheriff wishes to enter <br />into an agreement with the City of Colton to furnish services <br />to the City of Colton as delineated in the attached contract; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized <br />to sign for and on behalf of the City of Colton that certain <br />agreement by and between the County of San Bernardino and the <br />City of Colton pertaining to the CAL -ID program. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of June, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
