R-115-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSIDER THE GRANTING OF A <br />FRANCHISE FOR A PIPELINE SYSTEM FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF <br />PETROLUEM PRODUCTS IN AND UNDER CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF COLTON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOL <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That a written application was heretofore <br />received from the Southern Pacific Pipe Line, Inc., a corporation <br />seeking a franchise for the use of public streets and ways within <br />the City for an interstate petroleum products pipeline system. <br />That attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br />marked as Exhibit "A" is the proposed Resolution granting such <br />franchise. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 3rd day <br />of November, 1987 in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton <br />California be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the pro- <br />posed pipeline may appear before the City Council. <br />
