maintain in good standing a corporate surety bond in the amount <br />of $5,000 in favor of the City Attorney guaranteeing full per- <br />formance of the conditions and undertakings of this franchise <br />and conditioned that such "Grantee" shall well and truly observe <br />fulfill and perform each term and condition of the franchise. <br />Said bond shall be filed by "Grantee" with the City Clerk within <br />fifteen days after this franchise is awarded. <br />SECTION 11.
