R-119-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING A FIVE YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR USE OF THE CITY'S SHARE OF LOCAL SALES TAX TRANSPORATION FUNDS WHEREAS AB 1637 requires adoption of a five year project list for the City of Colton's share of local sales tax transportation funds, NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Colton does resolve as follows: The AB 1637 project list for the Fiscal Year 1988 to Fiscal Year 1992 period shall include: Year 1 -- South La Cadena Drive widening project from Congress Street to the Santa Ana River Bridge. This project includes, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street widening and paving, and missing link curb and sidewalk north of Congress Street to I-10 Freeway on La Cadena Drive. Year 2 -- Pepper Avenue widening project from Valley Blvd. to the north City limits. This includes curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street widening and paving. Upgrade of I-10 Freeway at Pepper Avenue and Valley Blvd. Year 3 -- City of Colton signal revitalization program. This will include the revitalization of 13 signalized intersections, Street overlay project which will include the overlaying of Pennsylvania Avenue to "C" Street, Meridian Avenue from Valley Blvd. to the south City limits, 4th Street from Valley Blvd. to "C" Street, "E", "F" and "G" Streets from the ATSF tracks west to 3rd Street. Year 4-- Reche Canyon Road widening project. NOTE: The City of Colton will be trying to make this a joint project in conjunction with the Counties of San Bernardino and Riverside. We are anticipating to spend $500,000. The wideniing will be from Barton Road south to the Colton
