R-13-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting of <br />January 20, 1987 authorized payment of $5,000 for fees and costs <br />opposing a tire burning plant in the City of Rialto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council further resolves <br />that the pavment of such costs shall be paid from the General <br />Fund Contingency Reserve. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of <br />February, 1987. <br />IATTEST: <br />-L4&..,-, Q. <br />HELEN A.
