Fees provided in Ordinance 1181, Section 3, as <br />amended by Ordinance 1402, shall be as follows: <br />Improvement Plan Checking Fee <br />4% of improvement costs for inside City limits. <br />5% of improvement costs for outside City limits. <br />SECTION V.
