1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />the exterior boundaries of the City of Colton, County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment Engineer has checked the <br />names of the signers of the petition against the last <br />equalized assessment roll of the County of San Bernardino, <br />California, and has certified that such signers are the <br />owners of 100 percent of the land area subject to assessment <br />for the acquisition of the proposed improvements; <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint an assessment <br />engineer to prepare the report required by subsections (d) <br />Wand (e) of California Streets and Highways Code Section <br />10204 and perform other engineering services necessary to <br />said proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, CM Engineering & Associates are engineers <br />skilled in the performance of such engineering services and <br />have submitted proposals covering their employment to <br />perform said services to this City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
