R-142-87 <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 84-1 <br />(Crossroads Trade Centre) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPOINTING SUPERINTENDENT <br />OF STREETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />County of San Bernardino, State of California ("this City <br />Council") has proposed the formation of an assessment <br />district for the acquisition of certain public improvements, <br />together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in <br />connection therewith, pursuant to the provisions of Division <br />12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California, commonly known as the "Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913," with bonds to be issued to fund and finance said <br />improvements pursuant to the bond terms of the "Improvement <br />Bond Act of 1915," being Division 10 of said Code, in a <br />special assessment district known and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 84-1 (Crossroads Trade Centre) <br />("Assessment District"); and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for this City Council to <br />appoint a Superintendent of Streets in connection with said <br />assessment district proceedings. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That John C.
