R-143-87 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 84-1 (Crossroads Trade Centre) RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDERING PREPARATION OF BOUNDARY MAP WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton (this "City Council") proposes to form an assessment district under the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, for the acquisition of certain public improvements on behalf of the properties within the proposed assessment district and acquisition of certain land, easements and rights-of-way necessary therefor together with appurtenances and appurtenant work and incidental costs and expenses in connection therewith, for the benefit of lands within the exterior boundaries of proposed Assessment District No. 84-1 (Crossroads Trade Centre), all within the exterior boundaries of the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California; and WHEREAS, prior to the hearing on the formation of the proposed assessment district, this City Council must describe the boundaries of the proposed assessment district by adopting a map which shall include by a boundary line the extent of the territory included therein. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: Section 1.
