Fees provided in Ordinance 1181, <br />Section 3, as amended by Ordinance 1402, shall be <br />as follows: <br />Improvement Plan Checking Fee <br />4% of improvement costs for inside City limits. <br />5% of improvement costs for outside City limits. <br />-3- <br />
