R-152-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON ORDERING THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF 12.00 FEET NORTH <br />OF COOLEY DRIVE (BIKE PATH) <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />having elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 <br />et. seq. of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of <br />California, and having held a public hearing as provided therein, <br />hereby finds from all the evidences submitted that the portion of <br />that certain 12.00 feet north of Cooley Drive being that portion <br />of vacated Cooley Drive West (formerly 72.00 feet wide and now <br />60.00 feet wide) as conveyed to the City of Colton per deed <br />recorded in Book 8596, Page 408 official records of San Bernardino <br />County, State of California described as follows: <br />Commencing at the centerline intersection of Mt. Vernon <br />Avenue (120.00 feet wide) and said Cooley Drive West; <br />thence South 89 37'03" West, 85.03 feet along the said <br />centerline of Cooley Drive west; thence North 0 22157" <br />Cooley Drive West, said point being also the true point <br />of beginning; thence South 89 37'03" West, 46T.—OT feet <br />To the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and <br />having a radius of 50.00 feet, a radial line through said <br />point bears South 41 53'10" West, thence Northeasterly <br />along said curve, through a central angle of 09 24'31" <br />a distance of 8.21 feet to a point of cusp with a curve <br />concave Northerly and having a radius of 50.00 feet, a <br />radial line through said point bears North 32 28'3611, <br />a distance of 28.68 feet along said Northerly line; <br />thence North 89 37'03" East, 477.05 feet along the said <br />North line to the beginning of a curve concave North- <br />westerly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence <br />Northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle <br />of 90 0211011, a distance of 39.29 feet to a point of <br />cusp with the West line prolongation of said Mt. Vernon <br />
