1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8� 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Community Facilities District which would be subject to the proposed special taxes if they were levied at the time of the election; (v) the landowners of the Community Facilities District have by unanimous written consent (a) waived the time limits set forth in said Section 53326 for holding the election called by this resolution and the election on the proposition of the Community Facilities District incurring a bonded indebted- ness, which pursuant to Section 4 hereof is consolidated with the election called hereby, (b) consented to the holding of said consolidated elections prior to February 1, 1988, (c) waived notice and mailed notice of the time and date of said consoli- dated elections, and (d) waived an impartial analysis by the City Attorney of the City of the ballot propositions pursuant to Section 5301 of the California Elections Code and arguments and rebuttals pursuant to Sections 5012 to 5016, inclusive, and 5025 of said Code; and (vi) the City Clerk of the City has consented to the holding of said consolidated elections on January 5, 1988. Section 2. Call of Election. The City Council hereby calls and schedules a special election for January 5, 1988 on the proposition of the annual levy of special taxes within the Community Facilities District for financing the provision of ,!police protection and fire protection and suppression services !within the Community Facilities District and for the payment of (principal of and interest on the bonds of the Community Facili- ties District, and on the proposition of the establishment of an lappropriations limit for the Community Facilities District. -3-
