Upon the <br />completion of the mailing of said notices, the City Clerk shall <br />file in her office an affidavit setting forth the time and manner <br />of the compliance with the requirements of this Resolution for <br />publishing and mailing notices. <br />Section 10. That this City Council does hereby desig- <br />nate John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works, telephone number <br />(714) 370-5066 as the person to answer inquiries regarding the <br />information of the District and the levying and collection of the <br />proposed special assessments for Fiscal Year 1988-89. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December 198' <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
