R-158-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF <br />RATES FOR CEMETERY SERVICES AND REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4651 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Companion burials shall be permitted at <br />Hermosa Memorial Gardens Cemetery and the regulations and <br />charges applicable thereto shall be as follows: <br />The area for companion burials shall be only the <br />Northeast Section, known as Block 7, Section 4. <br />Burial charge shall be as follows: <br />First Opening and Closing $450 <br />Second Opening and Closing $290 <br />Burial Space $975 <br />Saddle Device $40 <br />SECTION 2. Effective the 1st day of Janaury, 1988, the <br />following schedule of rates for grave plots for Hermosa Memorial <br />Gardens Cemetery shall be in full force and effect: <br />Adult burial plots in all of Block 1 <br />shall be in the amount of - $480 <br />Adult burial plots in all of Blocks <br />2 and 3 shall be in the amount of - $425 <br />Adult burial <br />plots <br />in <br />all of <br />Block 5 <br />shall be in the <br />amount <br />of - <br />$540 <br />Adult burial <br />plots <br />in <br />Block <br />7, Sections <br />1, 2 and 4 shall <br />be <br />in <br />the amount <br />of - <br />$650 <br />Adult burial <br />plots <br />in <br />Block <br />7, Section <br />3 shall be in <br />the <br />amount <br />of <br />- <br />$900 <br />Adult burial <br />plots <br />in <br />Block <br />7, Section <br />5 shall be in <br />the <br />amount <br />of <br />- <br />$1,200 <br />A moratorium <br />shall <br />be <br />placed <br />on Blocks <br />8 and 9 <br />
