R-22-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A RELEASE OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLE- <br />MENTING HOUSING REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAIN- <br />ING TO THAT ACTIVITY. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton approv- <br />led the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation Activities by <br />ladoption of Resolution No. 4446, dated April 3, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement said Hous - <br />ling Rehabilitation Activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />Ithe City of Colton authorizes a release of Community Development <br />IFunds from Account No. 16-9930-89, in the amount of $12,339.17 for <br />Case No. 83-STBG-077-40. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton authorizes the Director of Community Development to enter <br />into any and all agreements pertaining to the aforementioned case. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1987. <br />RANK A.
