R-21-01 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A RELEASE OF COMMUNITY <br />DWELOPME.NT FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF 1MPLE- <br />MrNTINLi HOUSING REHABILITAIION ACTIVITIES <br />AND Atli HORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY' <br />OFUELOPMENT TO EXECUTE ALL_ DOCUMENTS PERTAIN- <br />ING TO THAIACTIVITY. <br />WHcRtA', the City Council of the City of Colton approv- <br />ed the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation Activities by <br />Adoption of Resolution No. 4446, dated April 3, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement said Hous- <br />inq Rehabilitation Activities. <br />NOW, THEREF'ORK, BE: IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the ;::its, of Colton authorizes a release of Community Development <br />Funds from Account No. 16-9930-89, in the amount of $1:,019.51 for <br />Case No. 83-STBU-077-47. <br />BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton authorizes the Director of Community Development to enter <br />into any and all agreements pertaining to the aforementioned case. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17TH day of March, 1987. <br />AI TESI * <br />V4 -g., a.7� <br />H:LEN A.
