R-31-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL UNIT, <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1987. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />Colton and representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees <br />Association, Management/Confidential Unit, held pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500 et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />for the Calendar Years 1987, 1988, and 1989 shall be effective as <br />of January 1, 1987, contingent upon signatures of representatives <br />of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 31st day of March, 1987. <br />RANK A. 0 N L S <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />y°a C Iii� <br />HELEN A.
