R-34-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON REQUESTING A JOINT SESSION <br />WITH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN BERNARDINO REGARDING MUTUAL DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton and the City of San Bernardino <br />have experienced drainage problems occurring along <br />common western boundaries; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to <br />meet with the City Council of the City of San <br />Bernardino in a joint workshop to discuss common <br />flood control problems and the proposed Meridian, <br />Mill and Citrus storm drain projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton as follows: <br />The City Council of the City of Colton <br />hereby requests a Joint Study Session <br />with the City Council of the City of <br />San Bernardino on April 20, 1987, or <br />an alternate convenient date in the <br />near future. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is instructed <br />to coordinate the Joint Session with the City of San <br />Bernardino. <br />PASSED, .APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Y4.. a,,elm/ <br />HELEN A.
