R-37-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />MEMBERS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIA- <br />TION, THE ELECTRICAL UNIT, CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 1987 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton <br />and representatives of the San Bernardino Public Employees Association, <br />The Electrical Unit, held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. <br />seq. ; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made part <br />hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein for the <br />Calendar Years 1987, 1988, and 1989 shall be effective as of January 1, 1987, <br />contingent upon the signature of the City of Colton's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />/1'e,, Q. e'�riZo..J <br />HELEN A.
