Diagram and Assessment. That pursuant to <br />Sections 22640 and 22641 of the Code, the City Clerk shall file a <br />certified copy of the diagram and assessment with the San Bernar- <br />dino County Auditor/Controller not later than the fourth Monday <br />in August, 1987. <br />Section 7. Filings. That pursuant to Section 54900 <br />et. seq. of the California Government Code, the City Clerk shall <br />forward a statement regarding the annexation of said area to the <br />District to the California State Board of Equalization and the San <br />Bernardino County Assessor no later than December 1, 1987. <br />Section 8. Collection of Assessments. That it is <br />the intention of this City Council to collect annual assessments <br />on the San Bernardino County assessment roll commencing in Fiscal <br />Year 1987-88 pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 22620 <br />et. seq. of the Code. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
