R-45-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE OFFICERS <br />ASSOCIATION (RANK AND FILE UNIT) <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1987. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to <br />the results of meetings between representatives of the City of <br />Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Officers Associati, <br />(Rank and File Unit) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 <br />et seq.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />for the Calendar Years 1987, 1988, and 1989 shall be effective as <br />of January 1, 1987, contingent upon signature of the City's <br />representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1987. <br />RANK A.
