RESOLUTIONNO. R-47-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT <br />TO THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE WEST VALLEY <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") has initiated <br />proceedings for the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan for the First Amendment to <br />the West Valley Redevelopment Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the Colton <br />Redevelopment Agency on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the First <br />Amendment to the West Valley Redevelopment Project and the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection therewith at the <br />following time and place: <br />Date: June 16, 1987 <br />Time: 7:30 p.m. <br />Place: In Council Chambers <br />2.
