R-50-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COI TON APPROOING THE. ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />GENE_RAI. PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 4163 <br />AND AS AMENDED <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Colton did consider an Amendment to the <br />General Plan for the City of Colton, Index. No. <br />G-2--86; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Colton did consider the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the said Amendment to the <br />General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the <br />proposed amendment and Environmental Impact <br />Report by the Planning Commission on April 14, <br />1982; April 20, 1987; and April 28, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed <br />said Environmental Impact Report and the action <br />of the Planning Commission relating thereto in <br />full is familiar with contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of <br />the public hearing as required by law; and <br />
