R-51-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY <br />OF COLfON APPROVING A RELEASE OF COMMUNITY <br />DKOEL.OPMENT FUNDS FOR THE: PURPOSE OF IMPLE-- <br />MENTINi HIITSING REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS <br />PLRTAINING TO THAT ACTIl1ITY <br />WHEREA`5 the City Council of the City of Colton <br />approved the Community Development Housing Rehabilit- <br />ation Activities by adoption of Resolution No. 4446, <br />dated April 3, 1984; and <br />WHEREAS the City Council wishes to implement said <br />Housing Rehabilitation Activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED that the City <br />Council of the City of Colton authorizes a release of <br />Community Development Funds from Account No. 16-9930-89 <br />in the amount of $5L8.00 for Case No. 87-COLTON REHAB -02 <br />BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton authorizes the Director of Community <br />Development to enter into any and all agreements <br />pertaining to the aforementioned case. <br />PASSED, APPROVE:O , AND ADOPTED this 5th Day of May <br />JAW <br />HELEN A.
