R-68 -87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF THE COLLEGE WALK WAY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of <br />that portion of the College Walk Way between Bordwell Avenue and <br />Rialto Avenue shown on Santa Fe Park Tract No. 2239 recorded <br />in Map Book 32, Page 4, records of San Bernardino County, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 248 and 213, bounded <br />on the South by Lots 247 and 214, bounded on the <br />West by Bordwell Avenue and bounded on the East <br />by Rialto Avenue. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 21st day <br />of July, 1987, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />
