R-69 -87 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE ABANDONMENT OF AN ALLEY WAY NORTH OF "C" STREET AND WEST OF PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of all that portion of that certain alley way as shown on the Map of Archibalds Addition to the Town of Colton, as per Map recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 19 and Re -Subdivision of Lots 3-11, Archibald Addition as per Map recorded in Book 18 of Maps, Page 1, in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, more particulary described as fellows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 9 of said Re -Subdivision of Lots 3-11, Archibald Addition; thence along the South line of said lot 9, South 89° 55'33" East, a distance of 15.00 feet to the North- west corner of Lot 2 of said Archibalds Addition to the Town of Colton, South 00000127" East a distance of 103.80 feet; thence South 43017'5611 West, a distance of 17.51 feet to an intersection with the East line of Lot 12 of said Archibalds Addition to the Town of Colton; thence along the East line of said Lot 12, North 00000127" West, a distance of 96.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 12, thence along the North line of said Lot 12, North 89 55'53" West, a distance of 3.00 feet to an intersection with the Southerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot 9 of Re -Subdivision of Lots 3-11, Archibald Addition; thence along the Southerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot 9, North 00000'31" West, a distance of 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Colton, California.
