Appointment of Remarketing Agent. The 7 ity hereby appoints Miller & Schroeder Financial, Inc. as 8 emarketing Agent for the Bonds for all purposes of the Remar- 9 eting Agreement. 10 SECTION 6. Form of Bonds. The form of Bonds as set 11 orth in the Trust Indenture as presented to this meeting is 12 ereby approved and the Mayor or the Mayor Pro Tem and the City 13 lerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute by manual or 14 acsimile signature, in the name and on behalf of the City and 15 nder its seal, such Bonds in either temporary and/or definitive 16 orm in the aggregate principal amount set forth in the Trust 17 Indenture and the Purchase Contract and all in accordance with 18 he terms and provisions of the Trust Indenture. 19 SECTION 7. Origination and -Servicing Agreement. The 20 orm of the Origination and Servicing Agreement (the "Orig- 21 nation and Servicing Agreement") by and among the City, such 22 ending institutions as may be hereinafter approved by the City, 23 s lenders, and the Trustee, is hereby approved as the form of 24 rigination and Servicing Agreement to be hereinafter used in 25 onnection with the Program. 26 SECTION 8. Purchase Contract. The form of Purchase 27 ontract (the "Purchase Contract") as presented to this meeting Miller & Schroeder Financial, Inc. (the "Underwriter") and -5-
