RESOLUTION NO. R-81-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, SAN BERNARDINO <br />COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHOR - <br />ZING A CLAIM FOR SB -325 ROADS AND <br />HIGHWAY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton's allocation of <br />SB -325 funds has been determined to be $561,664; and <br />WHEREAS, OMNITRANS has claimed $328,206 <br />for providing public transit services within the City of <br />Colton for the 1987-88 fiscal year; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the <br />City Council of the City of Colton claims the remainder <br />of $233,458 for the City of Colton roads and highway use under <br />Article 8 of SB -325. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 30th day of <br />June, 1987. <br />FRANK A. <br />�I c <br />HELEN A.
