R-86-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER <br />THE ABANDONMENT OF THE COLLEGE WALK WAY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of that <br />portion of the College Walk Way between Rialto Avenue and Mt. Vern)n <br />Avenue shown on Santa Fe Tract No. 2239 recorded in Map Book 32, <br />Page 4, records of San Bernardino County, more particularly des- <br />cribed as follows: <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 198 and 163, bounded <br />on the South by Lots 197 and 14, bounded on the West <br />by Rialto Avenue and bounded on the East by Jantzen <br />Drive. <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 148 and 113, bounded <br />on the South by Lots 147 and 114, bounded on the <br />West by Jantzen Drive and on the East by Riverside <br />Avenue. <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 98 and 63, bounded on the <br />South by Lots 97 and 64, and bounded on the West by <br />Riverside Avenue and on the East by Virigina Drive. <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 48 and 9, bounded on the <br />South by Lots 47 and 10, and bounded on the West by <br />Virginia Drive and on the East by Mt. Vernon Avenue. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />
