R-87-87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR PROTESTS RELATED TO THE ANNUAL LEVYING <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />#1 AND ANNEXATIONS 01, 2, 3, 4 AND 5 <br />WHEREAS, a Public. Hearing is being proposed for August <br />49 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Colton. <br />WHEREAS, a public notice shall be advertised in the local <br />newspaper for a period not less than twice, and not less than 20 <br />days prior to the hearing date. <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the engineer's report will be made <br />available for public inspection of the proposed levied assessments <br />in the office of the City Clerk 20 days prior to the set hearing <br />date. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton that August 4, 1987 is set as the date for hearing <br />any protests as related to the annual assessments for the City of <br />Colton's Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District #1 and <br />Annexations 111, 2, 3, 4, and 5. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Q.74�'Ee.� <br />HELEN A.
