R-91-87 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CIT`r' OF COLTON AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN, <br />AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Colton did consider an Amendment to the <br />General Plan for the City of Colton, Index No. <br />G-2-86, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the <br />proposed amendment by the Planning Commission <br />on June 9, 1987; and <br />public_ hearing on July 7, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did reconsider <br />Assessor parcel numbers 276-151-07, 160-042-1G, <br />284-161-39, and those parcel numbers listed in <br />Exhibit. "A." <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does <br />hereby find, determine, and order the <br />WHEREAS, the City Council <br />has reviewed <br />said <br />General Plan Amendment and <br />the action of <br />the <br />Planning Commission relating <br />thereto in <br />full <br />is familiar with contents <br />thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council <br />gave notice of <br />the <br />public hearing as required <br />by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Citv Council <br />did hold said <br />public_ hearing on July 7, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did reconsider <br />Assessor parcel numbers 276-151-07, 160-042-1G, <br />284-161-39, and those parcel numbers listed in <br />Exhibit.
