R-99 -87 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION <br />THE COLLEGE WALK WAY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having <br />elected to proceed under the provisions of Section 8300 et. seq. <br />of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California, and <br />having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds fror <br />all the evidences submitted that the portion of the College Walk <br />Way between Bordwell Avenue and Rialto Avenue shown on Santa Fe <br />Park Tract No. 2239 recorded in Map Book 32, Page 4, records of <br />San Bernardino County, more particularly described as follows: <br />Bounded on the North by Lots 248 and 213, bounded <br />on the South by Lots 247 and 214, bounded on the <br />West by Bordwell Avenue and bounded on the East <br />by Rialto Avenue. <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective public street <br />purposes and the public interest and convenience requires the <br />closing of said walk way. <br />Section 2.
