Upon the <br />completion of the mailing of said notices, the City Clerk shall <br />file in her office an affidavit setting forth the time and manner <br />of the compliance with the requirements of this Resolution for <br />publishing and mailing notices. <br />Section 10. That this City Council does hereby desig- <br />nate John C.
