Publication of Official Notice of Sale. <br />The City Clerk of the City shall cause the Official Notice of <br />Sale, in its final form as referred to in Section 2 hereof, to <br />be published in the Bond Buyer and in any other financial or <br />general newspapers and on the date(s) as may be directed by the <br />Financial Consultant. <br />Section 4. Terms and Conditions of Sale. The terms <br />and conditions of the offering and the sale of the Certificates <br />shall be as specified in the Official Notice of Sale, as <br />determined by the Financial Consultant pursuant to Section 2 <br />Ihereof. <br />Section 5. Official Statement. The proposed form of <br />the Preliminary Official Statement relating to the Certificates <br />presented to this meeting is hereby approved, and such <br />Preliminary Official Statement may be brought into the form of a <br />Final Official Statement (together, the "Official Statement") <br />which shall contain such changes or modifications as deemed <br />necessary by the Mayor or the Mayor Pro Tem of the City. The <br />Mayor or the Mayor Pro Tem, as appropriate, are hereby <br />authorized to execute and deliver said Official Statement, and <br />-3- <br />
