Except as provided in Section 99.1 of the Revenue <br />and taxation Code, in the event that a <br />jurisdictional chanqe would affect the service area <br />or service responsibility of one or more special <br />district, the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br />San Bernardino shall, on behalf of the district or <br />districts, neqotiate any exchanqe of propertV tax <br />revenues. <br />C. The CitV Council of the City of Colton and the Board <br />of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />exchanqed as a result of the followinq <br />jurisdictional change: <br />LAFC NUMBER 2486 - reorganization to include <br />Annexation South 44 and detachment from <br />Bloominqton Recreation and Park district (San <br />Bernardino County) <br />SECTION 3 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby resolves <br />and orders that: <br />A. The neqotiated exchanqe of property tax revenues <br />between the City of Colton and the County of San <br />Bernardino attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein bV reference, resultinq from the <br />above-described jurisdictional chanqe, is approved <br />and accepted. <br />-2- <br />
