Section 1. Fee Amount. Storm drain facilities fees for <br />new residential subdivision development proposed within Drainage <br />Benefit Area No. 2 shall be $9,414 per gross acre of such <br />development. <br />Section 2. Exemptions. Any new subdivision development <br />which is, or becomes, a part of City of Colton Community <br />Facilities District No. 87-1 shall be exempt from the fees <br />established by this resolution and Ordinance No. 0-26-88. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
