NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Fee Amount. Storm drain facilities fees for <br />new subdivision development proposed within Drainage Benefit Area <br />No. 1 shall be $29,107 per gross acre of such development. <br />Section 2. Exemptions. Any new subdivision development <br />which is within, or becomes a part of, a community facilities <br />district in which special taxes will be levied to finance the <br />construction of storm drain facilities or improvements shall be <br />exempt from the fees established by this resolution. <br />Section 3.
