That attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit <br />"A" is a description of the properties which are necessary; that <br />said Exhibit describes the general location and extent of the <br />property to be taken with sufficient detail for reasonable <br />identification; and that the same is to be acquired for the <br />purpose of providing electrical energy. <br />Section 4. That the City Council has found and determined <br />each of the following: <br />(1) The public interest and necessity require the <br />proposed project; <br />(2) The proposed project is planned or located in a <br />manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good <br />and least private injury; and <br />(3) The property described in the attached Exhibit "A" <br />is necessary for the proposed project. <br />Section 5. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized <br />to acquire the hereinabove described property by grants, <br />purchase, gift or eminent domain, and is authorized to institute <br />and prosecute such legal proceedings as may be required in <br />connection therewith. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1988. <br />K A.
