Award of Certificates, Interest Rates. <br />This City Council has caused all bids for the Certificates to be <br />received opened and presented to it in the manner set forth in <br />Resolution No. R-102-88 and based on an examination of said <br />bids, hereby accepts the bid of Shearson Lehman Hutton for the <br />purchase of $2,455,000 principal amount of the Certificates in <br />accordance with the terms and provisions of said bid and awards <br />the sale of the Certificates to said bidder. In accordance with <br />the terms of said bid the interest rates for the various <br />maturities of the Certificates shall be set forth in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto. <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
