1 RESOLUTION NUMBER R-122-88 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, TO DENY AN APPEAL FILED BY <br />3 MS. CAROLINA RODRIGUEZ, REGARDING FILE <br />NUMBER D 76-88 <br />4 <br />WHEREAS, the Cite Council of the CitV of Colton did consider an <br />5 <br />appeal of a Planninq Commission decision to acquire an <br />6 <br />Environmental Impact Renort; and <br />7 <br />WHEREAS, the CitV Council did give notice of the Public Hearino as <br />8 <br />prescribed bV law; and <br />9 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearinq and <br />10 <br />considered said appeal on December 6, 1988; and <br />11 <br />WHEREAS, the CitV Council, havino studied and researched such <br />12 <br />appeal, snakes the followinq findinqs: <br />13 <br />1. The Planninq Commission has properlV taken action to require <br />14 <br />au Environmental Impact Report, <br />15 <br />2. The Planninq Commission has made proper findings. <br />16 <br />3. It is in the best interest of the CitV of Colton to require an <br />17 <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br />18 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES: <br />19 The appeal tiled bV Ms. Carolina Rodriquez regarding File Number D <br />20 76-88 in which she requests a reversal of the Planninq Commisison <br />21 decision to require an Environmental Impact Report is hereby denied <br />22 and Planninq Commission decision is hereby upheld as valid and <br />23 non -capricious. <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />
