The Planning Commission has properly taken action to deny File <br />12 <br />Index Number C 19-88; <br />The Planning Commission has made proper findings: <br />a) The service station will visibly impact traffic on Meadow <br />Lane and Washington Street; <br />b) There is an over abundance of service stations in the <br />area; <br />3. It is in the best interest of the City of Colton to deny the <br />proposed service station. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES: <br />The appeal filed by Mr. Milton Polsky and Stop N Go, Incorporated <br />regarding File Index Number C 19-88 is denied. <br />
