That said City shall reimburse said County for the <br />actual cost of furnishing such list and the cost shall be part of <br />the costs of abatement. <br />7. That the City Clerk at least five days prior to the <br />time of said hearing shall cause to be mailed to the owners of <br />the property on which or in front of which said nuisance exists, <br />notice of said hearing and the passage of this resolution, said <br />notice to be in accordance with provisions of the Weed Abatement <br />Law, (Chapter 13, Title 4, Division 3, Government Code and <br />Amendments thereto) of the State of California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 19� <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
