R-14 -88 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF COLTON AVENUE <br />(UNIMPROVED) BETWEEN HERMOSA AND MERIDIAN AVENUES <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby declare its intention to order the abandonment of <br />all that portion of Colton Avenue north half section of 19, <br />T.1.S, R.4.W. S.B.B.&M, as conveyed to the City of Colton recorded <br />in Map Book 162, Page 281, official records of San Bernardino <br />County, State of California described as follows: <br />Bounded by Meridian Avenue on the west, bounded <br />by Hermosa Avenue on the east, bounded by Govern- <br />ment Lot 2 on the north, bounded by a portion of <br />Government Lot 3 on the south. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, <br />reference is hereby made to the map on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 7:30 p.m. on the 15th day <br />of March, 1988, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, <br />California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place <br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />
