R- 15 -88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING THE APPLICATION <br />PEDESTRIAN FUNDS AUTHORIZED UNDER SB 821 <br />FOR FY 1987/88 <br />WHEREAS, SB 821 provides for 2% of each County's total <br />Local Transportation Fund be annually set aside and used to fund <br />the development of pedestrian facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton desires to construct side- <br />walks within their City utilizing the funds available under <br />SB 821; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does resolve as follows: <br />1. To approve the need for construction of <br />sidewalks in locations where the improve- <br />ments do not exist. <br />2.
