R-17-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN RECHE CANYON ROAD SPECIFIC <br />PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, Reche Canyon Road is located in the City of Colton and <br />extends into both unincorporated area of Riverside County and the City of <br />Moreno Valley, and <br />WHEREAS, there has been great growth in traffic and related problems <br />in the area served by Reche Canyon Road, and <br />WHEREAS, Reche Canyon Road is in need of study, and the City of <br />Colton will sponsor a specific plan for that purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves <br />as follows: <br />The Board of Supervisors of Riverside County and the City Council <br />of the City of Moreno Valley are requested to participate, including financial <br />participation, in developing a comprehensive Specific Plan for Reche Canyon <br />Road. <br />ADOPTED February 16 , 1988 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
