1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Colton as follows: <br />The City Council does hereby find, determine and declare <br />that notices for the destruction of said weeds and the removal <br />of rubbish, refuse or dirt have been mailed in the form and manner <br />prescribed by the aforesaid act and that said notices were in the <br />form and substance required by said act and in every respect <br />complied with the laws pertaining thereto. <br />The City Council further finds, determines and declares <br />that not sufficient objections or protests to the removal of weeds <br />rubbish, refuse or dirt including dry grass, stubble, brush, litter <br />or other flammable materials have been presented, therefore said <br />City Engineer and his assistants and deputies are hereby authorized <br />to enter upon private property as set forth in said resolution for <br />that purpose. <br />The City Engineer is further directed to keep an account <br />of the cost of abating said nuisance on each separate lot or parcel <br />of land where the work is done by him or his assistants or deputies <br />and to render an itemized report to the City Council of the City <br />of Colton upon completion of said work. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5th day of April, 1988 <br />FRAI R.
