R-28-88 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON REGARDING DISCIPLINARY <br />ACTION TAKEN. <br />WHEREAS, Jennifer Thornberry, an employee, was suspended for thirty <br />days as disciplinary action and appealed such disciplinary action to the Civil <br />Service Board of the City of Colton, and; <br />WHEREAS, said Civil Service Board conducted a hearing and said appeal <br />made findings and recommendations with regard thereto and certified the same to <br />the City Council, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received, reviewed, and considered said <br />findings and recommendations, <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton resolves as fol <br />It is the judgement of the City Council that the disciplinary action <br />taken shall be affirmed. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 14th day of April, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
